1970s Sylvia Ann Floral Maxi Dress with Sheer Bishop Sleeves - S/M
This early 1970s Sylvia Ann maxi dress features a pale blue bodice with a floral ruffled placket, sheer organza bishop sleeves with ruffled cuffs, and an olive green ribbon waistband at the empire waist. The gathered skirt falls in a lush floral print of greens, blues, lavenders, and yellows with a sheer overlay over a solid lining. This dress was worn by its original owner as a wedding guest dress in the early 70s. She lovingly preserved it and is letting it go so it can be appreciated and worn by a new owner. No size tag is present. Measured flat: bust up to 38", waist up to 29", length 55". Please refer to measurements for best fit. Best fits small to medium. Modeled on XS 5’3” Good vintage condition. The brand label area shows some wear and fraying at the seam near the neckline. The dress is clean and the fabric, ruffles, and construction are all in solid shape with no notable stains or holes. The back zipper is functional. Snap closures at the high neckline and cuffs are intact.
