Return Policy

We don't take returns — but if something's wrong, we absolutely want to hear about it.

Each piece we sell is vintage and one-of-a-kind, so we describe and photograph everything as honestly as we can before it goes up. Because of that, all sales are final.

That said — if there's a real problem, talk to us.

If an item arrives and something isn't right, please reach out. We'll do what we can to make it right. The sooner you let us know, the better.

Picking up in person? Even easier.

If you choose our Pickup option, take your time inspecting your item when you collect it. If you spot a problem on that first look, we'll refund you 100% on the spot — no hassle.

Local, in-person returns to our studio are always the smoothest way to sort things out, so if you're nearby, that's the easiest path for both of us.
